PAF 30/4O Personal Health & Fitness
Instructor: Mrs. P. Longval   
This course is designed to allow you to improve your physical fitness through various training techniques. This course will allow you to implement previous weight training knowledge into the design and development of various training programs. Similarly you will learn to evaluate the various components of physical fitness.

This website is very "empty" and you won't be able to find very many resources....
Reason for this is Mrs. Longval uses a different portal to distribute class content.. Microsoft Teams!

All students have usernames and passwords to access Office 365. Once in Office 365 - they've been added to a special "team" for our PAF30/40 class! In our PAF30/40 Team you will find the following; class calender (updated daily!) class digital OneNote (with ALL handouts, Power Points, video clips, textbook PDF), assignments and announcements.
